The keys to success, analyzed at the Luxury Real State Congress by Sami Jo Small

The second day of presentations at the International LUXURY REAL ESTATE Congress held in Toronto (Canada) featured a special guest who is a sports star and a popular icon in Canada: Sami Jo Small.

Sami, an Olympic ice hockey champion, holds three Olympic medals. Her example was ideal for delving into the keys to success. As Antonio Avilés, CEO of MIKELI, highlighted from the Fairmont Royal York hotel, “she spoke to us about the extraordinary importance of teamwork; the drive for self-improvement; the suffering and effort indispensable to reaching a day of glory; and the significance of leadership, as she was the captain of her teams. Behind success, there is always an infinite sum of hope, discipline, hard work, and personal determination.” Antonio spoke with the champion and was photographed alongside her.

The speakers at the International LUXURY REAL ESTATE Congress serve as paradigms of both professional and personal values. The synthesis of their experiences can be perfectly applied to the daily tasks of luxury real estate professionals, who demonstrate exceptional skills in personalized service and management efficiency, and who, above all, live their work with passion.

MIKELI could not miss the highly prestigious event in Toronto organized by LUXURY REAL ESTATE. Its presence in that extraordinary country confirms, once again, the company’s firm commitment to total quality and its international projection.
