Mikeli, protagonist of the Santander Real Estate Show with more than 2,000 visitors at its stand

The event drew 10,000 people to the Exhibition Palace over the weekend.

MiKeli was present at the Santander Real Estate, Housing, and Decoration Show, held this past weekend at the Exhibition Palace, where nearly 10,000 people explored the 2,500 square meters shared among more than 45 companies in the sector.

Our stand was one of the busiest of the event. More than 2,000 people visited our exhibit over the two days, 300 of whom showed a direct interest in buying or selling their homes. This figure reflects the positive momentum currently experienced by the real estate market in Cantabria, where the average price of finished housing rose by 2.1% in the first quarter of the year.

The profile of the visitors who approached our team was diverse: from young couples searching for their first home to seniors looking to retire in Santander or move into a property better suited to their new stage of life. In all cases, there was a common denominator: the high economic level that characterizes MiKeli’s target audience as a high-standing real estate agency.

Sunday saw the highest attendance, with a public response that exceeded our expectations. The combination of personalized service, freshly carved Iberian ham, a glass of wine, and a comedy show created a welcoming atmosphere that facilitated genuine conversations with potential clients.

For Mikeli, participating in this Show has confirmed what we already perceive in our daily operations: the sector is regaining its pulse—slowly, but steadily. And we are here to accompany our clients every step of the way.
