Mikeli, present at the SIMA Fair (Madrid)

Immediately after returning from Hawaii, where the world’s most important professional gathering for the luxury housing sector took place, Antonio Avilés, CEO of MIKELI, traveled to Madrid.

In the Spanish capital, another prominent event was held: the SIMA Fair, Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition (May 25th to 28th), where Antonio was accompanied by members of the company’s distinguished team. In his own words, the visit was intended “to contrast the evolution of the real estate sector and gather information in order to provide the best service to our clients.”

At SIMA, he was able to confirm that the 3D viewing system (virtual reality), “in which our offices were pioneers in Spain, is being adopted by a high number of sector members”—a detail that demonstrates the extent to which MIKELI anticipates the future year after year.

Upon returning to the headquarters in Santander (located on the Paseo de Pereda), Antonio Avilés also stated that “MIKELI remains faithful to its philosophy of staying up to date with all professional innovations that can result in a benefit” for each of its numerous clients. “They are,” added the company CEO, “the breath that drives us toward success, which is ultimately their success.”
