Mikeli present at the International Luxury Real Estate Convention in Miami
MIKELI NEWS – The international conventions organised and hosted by Luxury Real Estate are major events in the luxury real estate sector. Currently, a new edition is being held with great success, this time in Miami (Florida, USA). Of course, MIKELI is in attendance, with its CEO, Antonio Avilés, and Office Director, Galia Fuentes, having travelled there.

Minutes before embarking on the trip, Antonio Avilés emphasised “the great importance of these meetings organised by Luxury Real Estate, where professionals from numerous countries gain first-hand insight into all the latest developments in the sector across various areas: strategies, marketing, legislation, and a wide range of other topics, all focused on a clear objective: providing our clients with the greatest confidence in their purchases and sales.”
As the CEO of MIKELI added,
“it is a tremendous satisfaction for our team of professionals to be present at each of these events, where highly respected specialists share their experiences and knowledge.”
MIKELI therefore maintains a threefold approach: serving both the regional and national markets, while also projecting internationally. The convention organised by Luxury Real Estate in Miami represents an excellent opportunity to establish contacts and advance confidently along all three paths. Success does not happen by chance: it is earned.
Update – 8 May: Over the coming days, several conferences will take place, and today marks their official kick-off. Both Antonio Avilés, CEO, and Galia Fuentes, Office Director, will be present at each of them.

Update – 9 May: On the second day of conferences in Miami, Professor Peter Ricchiuti delivered a talk on the many economic variables shaping the luxury real estate industry. He explored factors such as consumer confidence, the wealth effect, interest rates, oil prices, financial assets, and other influences frequently observed in the real estate sector. Ricchiuti emphasised that the economy is inherently cyclical and examined where our industry currently stands on that timeline. A truly insightful presentation, from which we are sure to draw many valuable conclusions.
