The 4th “Indianos Cántabros” Tribute Party at MiKeli

MIKELI NEWS: The tribute celebration to the Indianos, organized each year by MIKELI on the occasion of the Santiago Festivals of Santander, is one of the main summer events in the Cantabrian capital. Numerous personalities, clients, and guests attend to enjoy live music from a magnificent mariachi and a true delicacy of food and drinks. The event took place last Tuesday evening outside the company’s main office, located on Paseo de Pereda, and gathered many citizens who, passing by, decided to stop and listen to the live music.

According to Antonio Avilés, CEO of MIKELI, “with this event we want to pay a sincere tribute to the Indianos; that is, to the people who once had to leave their homeland to make a future in distant lands. They are always present in our memory. Not in vain, MIKELI has its main office in the same building where tickets were once issued for the ships that departed from the port of Santander filled with passengers chasing their dreams. Many of them returned years later, leading to emotional reunions. Therefore, it is a pleasure for us to hold this event in the company of clients and friends, as it is part of both the philosophy of MIKELI and the prestigious international organization to which we belong: Luxury Real Estate.”

The tribute celebration counted with the presence, among other personalities, of the mayor of Santander, Gema Igual, and also, among the famous guests, actress and singer Malena Gracia. Antonio Avilés, Galia Fuentes, and their excellent team of professionals acted as hosts. The event was a great success.
