How does an estate agency work?

For the second consecutive year, students in the second year of the Commerce degree from the ETP Hernán Cortés in Santander have visited our offices on Paseo Pereda. They wanted to gain first-hand knowledge of an estate agency’s working methods, as it forms a key part of their training.

We were delighted to host them and hope we conveyed that the most important ingredients for success are passion and enthusiasm, combined with solid preparation. We believe they have everything it takes, so as they approach the end of their studies, we wish them the very best of luck.
